Research FeesFee for Heir research is $1000. per property being researched. Unlike other researchers & landmen who charge their fees by the hour, and add on additional charges for travel expenses and such, we do not charge by the hour. At first glance, it would appear that the by the hour fee, might be the cheapest. However, when you look at how long it will take those other researchers and/or landmen to get the job done, it actually turns out to be rather costly, and a suprise you weren't planning on. Our Fee for Heir research is $1000. a straight up fee. The only additional costs would be for copies of any necessary birth, death, marriage records, wills & estates, obituaries, postage, shipping & handling, those costs are not included within that $1000. fee.
